(IsraelNN.com) Acco judge Moshe Alter eased the conditions against four men suspected of lynching Eden Natan-Zada in 2005 on Thursday, allowing them to leave the country if they choose. Judge Alter explained that the proceedings against the men had continued for months, and expressed doubt that they would face an indictment.

Eden Natan-Zada was beaten to death in the Israeli-Arab town of Shfaram in August of 2005 while in police custody. He was accused of murdering four local Arabs in a shooting attack.

If it takes three brave policemen to restrain one little settler girl as in the photo above, it's no wonder they could not protect Natan-Zada. There is more behind the story, though. He was handcuffed and lying on the ground, and whereas they don't use guns against settlers (yet), they could have used their guns to protect their prisoner.

The story behind the story is, that the Shabak had used this man to create this incident just before the vote in the Knesset on the Disengagement. This man's psychological profile in his IDF records showed that he shouldn't have been given a gun and his parents also pleaded not to give him a gun. They did, however. Next thing he went awol, taking his gun with him. He was left out there for a month, even though he wasn't even in hiding, and then he went on a rampage on a bus, shooting Arabs. The police was quickly on the scene and rescued him, just to look the other way while the Arabs killed him.......!!
